Riverstone Game Farm is a privately owned reserve situated in the heart of the “Little Karoo”, along the infamous Route 62 near Ladismith in the Western Cape Province of South Africa. It is surrounded by the majestic Klein Swartberg and Rooiberg mountain ranges. Guest can enjoy nature, and search for some peace and tranquility while staying in the rustic secluded cottage at Riverstone.

The owners of this 1100 ha game farm are passionate about the wildlife and beautiful flora on their property and in the surrounding area. The family strives to protect, conserve and manage the many wildlife species and the entire eco-system.

Riverstone is home to over 170 bird species and many antelopes. Further, most of the small cat species found in Southern Africa occur on the farm naturally. As the Karoo is a very dry area, it is of utmost importance to care about each animal, tree and plant. Special is the farm's location in the middle of the Little Karoo Succulent Biome which provides a paradise for plant lovers.
