Lylius Cottage and Private Campsite is a family-owned destination situated on the wild and beautiful Krieberg Organic Farm in the Cederberg Mountains, South Africa. The farm is about 1700 hectares and the right place for nature lovers looking for a peaceful getaway; the days are quiet and rhythmed by nature sounds, the nights are peaceful and lightened by an incredibly clear and bright star sky.

The campsites are located next to a rock pool where adults, kids and dogs can splash and cool down after a lovely hike and nature discovery walk on the farm. Other activities on the farm include fishing, birding and MTB adventures.

As a working farm, Lylius produce organic rooibos, buchu, and lemongrass under the brand Cederbos. All products are 100% organic, GMO-free, pesticides-free, and herbicides-free. Ecological conservation and sustainable development are the pillars of the Cederbos production.

Lylius Cottage and Private Campsite enjoy sharing their beautiful environment with nature-lovers and family looking for a peaceful getaway in the Cederberg. Thus far, there is a cottage and two private and caravan campsites available to guests for their extended stay.

Lylius’ vision is to respect the environment, particularly the ecosystems and biodiversity of the surrounding nature in the Cederberg Mountains.
